Letter to Residents

“Panhandle Health has received a grant from the Centers for Disease Control to improve the health of Bonner County residents and decrease the risk of complications of chronic diseases (childhood obesity, diabetes, stroke and heart disease).  We are tasked with finding ways to improve access to healthy food options, improving opportunities for chronic disease prevention, and risk reduction or management through community efforts.  Our target population is 50% of Bonner County residents of any age or gender or income level.  These programs are for YOU and YOUR FAMILY.  Please check out these programs and see if they might help you in any small way.  Please help us to improve the health of our great county.”
